PROFILE OF Mr. RAKESH SINGH

Mr. Rakesh Singh, FICWA, is a Cost Accountant in Practice. His areas of interest include VAT,Central Excise, Service Tax, Cost Audit and Cost Management etc. He is incharge of North India operations on behalf of his firm M/s Shome & Banerjee.

Mr. Singh, has been Chairman of NIRC of ICWAI and also Central Council Member of the ICWAI (2004-2007). He has contributed to many seminars and forums etc. in India and abroad. He is also a co-author of Guidance Notes on CAS-4, Implementing ER-7 and Hand Book on VAT Audit.
